World of Reading Star Wars Boxed Set: Level 2

Bought for my 6 year old who loves star wars. The books are fantastic quality and a good mix of new and familiar words. Highly recommend!

My 5-year old son already owns World of Reading Star Wars Boxed Set: Level 1 (World of Reading: Level 1), and he really likes it, so I decided to buy him the Level 2 as well. He is also enjoying these stories, although I have to admit that I do not see such a difference between Level 1 and Level 2 (they almost feel like the same level to me).As for the stories, this set has 5 our of the 6 books based on the classic movies, and only one on the new one. The illustrations are cartoonish, and manage to bring the excitement of the movies while keeping it suitable for the young ones. Overall, great books for my little Star Wars fan!

We have a 3 in 1 book but he only reads the last book. This pack has the book plus others for him to explore

This is a great book for my new 2nd grader. He has a little trouble right now, but by the end of this year, he’ll be speed reading it. Nicely illustrated and uses level appropriate vocabulary for the most part. Star Wars names always get him, but aside from that, great stuff.

My seven-year-old absolutely loves these. He was not that eager of a reader until we got some Star Wars themed things, and then his comprehension took off. I don't think this is a magic pill in itself, I think it's more likely just matching the interest to the child. I would strongly recommend this for young reader who already enjoys Star Wars themed things.

My son is in second grade and hasn't "taken off" yet with reading. He has really enjoyed these books - great art, fun storylines, and readable content.There's one book in Jaba's palace that shows Leia in her "slave garb" - aka super inappropriate clothing. We used it as an opportunity to talk to our son about how Jaba denigrated Leia by reducing her to a show girl, rather than the intelligent leader and princess that she was. Would give this five stars if it included a more appropriate story for young readers. (I don't think my son thought a whole lot about it, but I'm not fired up about normalizing the sexualization fo women at a young age).

My daughter loves these. She is in kindergarten and at a level 1 reading, but I decided to buy level 2 for these to give her a challenge to want to learn to read them as she's a tom boy and loves star wars and boy super heroes. I had to read a couple pages as some of the words are challenging and new, like "x-pilots" for example, but once she has heard them once, she is able to read those words. If your child loves star wars and is learning to read, these are awesome! My daughter is constantly looking through the pages.

My son loves this set of books telling the Star wars stories known by children and adults alike. All the books are to be delivered in a box which is very convenient if your child wants to take them to school or anywhere else. Easy to read.

These Star Wars books are what convinced my son to read. He loves them!

LEVEL2は（ネイティブの）幼稚園児向けとのことですが、過去分詞もあるため英検4級を目指す子供には丁度良い難易度です。SW好きであれば、わからない単語や文章であっても映画のシーンを思い出すことで理解できると思います。
