I was a bit unsure about this product but It's amazing! Instead of senna everyday and pre biotics and probiotics this has totally replaced them all. It does exactly what it is meant to. Gut health is 100 percent better now. It's very effective this will always be my go to product from now on. It doesnt taste of anything because they are in a clear capsule. Easy to swallow. Ideal for those on their Manjaro or wegovy journey. This will help keep you regular. Absolutely fantastic value as its an all in one. My energy levels have increased too. Good quality and value for money
Psyllium is helping with pain relief in the digestive system. Very easy to swallow, drink a glass of fluid when taking them. The size seems a little large, but it has a coating which makes it easy.

Im not wanting to lose weight but take them for bile reflux, havent been consistent though so cannot say how thay are working, the quality seems good though.

Unfortunately didn't help me
Product arrived quickly and seemed of good quality. Capsules were easy enough to swallow. Unfortunately did nothing to aid my digestive issues except make me even more bloated.
