Used mine in a Milwaukee 1/4 in impact driver for sanding rust off in between wheel lugs while installing new front disc brakes and worked very well.

I bought these to sand the bottom, of a 6" cast iron frying pan, smooth. Drills don't turn fast enough to make these sanding flap disks work well, so I bought a cheap drill chuck and adapted it to fit a 4-1/2" angle grinder. The sanding disks work pretty good at 6,000 rpm and above.
