Having expensive materials isn’t a substitute for a good idea. However, if you’re at a point in your creativity where you feel like the quality of the materials will being out the best in your well developed ideas, this pigment stick should be part of it. It is a high quality pigment that has the feeling of rarity and real earth origins. It’s buttery but not too rich. Obvs with these mediums you have some control over the application based on the temperature of your hand as well as the environment you’re working in. But generally, this is one of the better oils sticks all around and is worth the price if the work your using it on can benefit from its quality.

I used it for detail lines in an original named "THE GOLD LINE OF AUTUMN" I love how soft and juicy the colour flowed onto the surface. You can also smudge it for that type of look if you choose. This is the first of these that I have purchased but I can for sure say it will not be the last. The antique gold is filled with luxury and glam.
