Good product lasted about 9 months but I have gone through a few of these not just from here but other companies I use them every day so they get a hard work out but price is good so on balance good product

Following a wrist fracture, my physiotherapist recommended buying one of these to help rebuild strength in my grip. This is a great value option, considering that it offers adjustable pressure at a budget price. The handle/grip is a slightly awkward shape, and could perhaps benefit from being a centimeter or two longer for comfortable use, especially if you have large hands. I found it to be a great help in rehabilitation of my wrist and hand, when used alongside resistance bands and exercise putty to vary the type of exercise.

Not the most comfortable thing to use, but the adjustable tension makes for a tough challenge (I bought 2 to do both hands at the same time) - Cheap and cheerful, but 2 minutes into me opening one, a small part fell off (just a little circular plastic cover for a small part of it) and due to the reduced price when i bought it, I suspect it was a second-hand one (not that this was ever listed on the product) - But, it still works as I expected it too and it has been fine with my daily use, so it is okay

Very easy to use Hand Strengthners. Great quality for a low price. Durability is incredible with these and since purchasing I've not put them down. Easy adjustability with the little nozzle on the front being able to change from between 5kg and 60kg. Definitely would recommend strength training on your personal max setting. Don't go further than your forearm can attend to! Great comfort for your palm and fingers to relax with and overall high quality item.

Comfortable grip, looked well-made and worked fine for 6 months of sporadic usage (at the max setting), until it snapped. Good value for money, I'd say

I have been using it for 1 year now and my grip has grown a lot since I bought it. Now thanks to it my forearms a bigger and I’m able to grip 60kg with ease. I’m not sure if the gripper is broken or what but when I max it out it seems easier to grip like the spring was somehow used up, but it can also be my strength that has grown; generally when is new it was Great and even to this day I use it and it keeps my grip firm and strong

Der Handtrainer mit einstellbarem Widerstand (10-60kg) hat sich als hervorragende Investition herausgestellt. Ich habe ihn gekauft, um meine Handgelenkschmerzen zu lindern, und die Resultate sind beeindruckend. Die Möglichkeit, den Widerstand anzupassen, ermöglicht ein individuelles Training, und meine Handgelenke fühlen sich jetzt deutlich stärker und schmerzfrei an. This grip strength trainer is pretty good for the price. It’s really easy to adjust the resistance on it by just turning the circle thing on the front. The quality feels fine and using it feels like you would use any other piece of gym equipment. After having it for a couple on months I can say it definitely helps relieve stress and it’s pretty effective with helping my arms feel stronger. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
