Love this little lamp. I have it at my Alter.

I don't know why amazon had a brightness rating this doesn't come with a bulb you provide your own. It's very nice looks good in the home. However, being basically a block of wood it has nothing to stop it sliding around.

I got an Edison bulb (yellow tint) for it. Looks great on top of my bookcase in the loft.Novel conversation piece.Highly recommend!

This is a small, wooden lamp base and does not come with the incandescent Edison bulb. This lamp is a pretty accent piece and seems high quality, well made and looks nice...just what I wanted, thanks!

Great alternative to using a hanging pendant light cord. Great for table accent/ nightlight etc.

A great little lighting product.

I like these lamps, but the base of the lamp, where it screws into the wood platform, was misaligned so bad that I had to take it apart, align the lamp base, and redrill the screw holes and put the screws back in. If that wasn't bad enough, the socket shell that the bulb screws into was very loose and would not stay straight enough to keep the socket in place. So every time you cut the light on from the switch, it would fall out of the socket. I finally became so frustrated with it falling over that I took it apart and applied epoxy to the inside socket rim, and put the socket base back together. After it dried, there was no more problem with it falling over. I should have sent the lamp back, but it's so much trouble returning items that I just decided to fix it myself. I wouldn't recommend buying this lamp as I purchased 2 of them just alike and both lamps required repair way beyond what I would consider to be easy repairs! *** NOTE: Amazon moved my review to the 3rd page of reviews and my review was the most current!!! You get what you pay for, but lucky for me what I wanted was a little lamp that looked like old junk since real old junk happens to be more expensive. The light dimmer is what makes this great - otherwise the max brightness would have scorched my eyes (its freaking bright with the recommended bulb I got)

I have a smart led bulb in this and it works awesome.

Bought it for our 'pub' at home. Put the antique edison bulb in and it's awesome. I like that you can adjust the ligthing.

Very nice little table lamp fast delivry but a little expencive for the size

Cute lamp but falls over easily. The cord is very short and the switch is too far down towards the plug. Makes it difficult to find the switch when you want to turn it on.
