what this stuff duz is move fatty acids to your mitochondria for producing ATP. i can see the difference in the gym when taking this . More energy.I'm actually pacing between sets.

I’m taking a few other supplements with this one, and I’m achieving my desired results. I’m normally satisfied with the Now brand anyway; so I will be buying this product again.

...I can really tell a difference when I DON'T take it. I took this twice daily for a couple of months and ran out. Didn't really worry about getting more, just figured whenever I got around to it. Within a week, I felt like I had lost energy and just didn't feel like doing anything. I didn't even think about it being this...until I ordered more and started taking it again. Within DAYS I felt good, and energetic again. I take this with D-Ribose daily, so the same thing applies to the D-Ribose.

Powders are almost always more affordable than capsules, which is why I initially purchased this powdered form. However, the powder smell and taste is horrible and nearly impossible to disguise. It also does not blend well. Going forward, I'll be purchasing the capsule form. You've been warned.

Does the job

I feel that in combination with the b vitamins and choline that this was a successful product. What I didn't like was the taste but I don't care much about the taste as long as it works and I felt that in combination with the above mentioned I was able to get rid of the brain fog.

Acetyl-L Carnitine has a proven record for increasing a person's energy level. I have used it for years. The same is true for Co Q10- also available from Amazon (Amazon has been so good to me how can I not say this!)
