I have no more upper back and neck pain since starting to use this while driving! I have an 03 Accord so the headrest is not adjustable. This made that issue go away. It’s quite firm which I like but also super comfortable.

Despite the odd shape, this neck pillow actually functions very well. It's SO comfortable sitting in my chair now and the pillow never slips around on me.

Honestly? I used it once...for about 15 miles... was ready to return it.I require firm neck support. This looked like it may finally be what I've needed. The first use made me uncomfortable and actually caused my muscles to be more tense.I gave it another try. Drove 3 hours with it. I did some repositioning during the first 20 minutes, and I agree with other reviews....it's worth the money. It gives the support that it claims. It fits the dodge truck head rest with ease. I'll be keeping it and using it often.

Amazing product for neck pain relief. I use mine personally for long car rides! Learn the seat back, and cruise. Gives perfect support for cervical pain.

Gaming chair that doesn't allow your head to tilt back is a crime! Between my car and my gaming chair, my head do not have the opportunity to tilt back with support. Lately, I have been getting neck stiffness. Usually, things get better after sleep but not this time. It gotten a lot worse and the chair I'm sitting on a lot do not provide the support my neck needs.I can't say I can attribute my recovery fully on this neck pillow alone, but it does help in giving my neck the supports it needs to engage my neck muscle instead of the void that was usually there. I took my vitamin D and walking outside in the sun to make sure I'm not vitamin D deficient.Now I can move my head freely without pain and I have found myself asleep twice on my chair. It was that comfortable.It slipped on my chair with no strap adjustment and it was at the proper height (roughly). I do need to do micro adjustment to get it at the right part of the neck, but once it's there, I can rest on it without it moving around.There are two bumps at the back to massage your back muscles that I wasn't initially fond of. But it grew on me and I like them there now.The cover material is very smooth and comfortable. This is unlike my previous lumbar support cover that has weird texture that can grab onto my thin T-Shirt's thread and pulling them out. I had to put regular T-Shirt over it if I want to make sure my T-Shirt I was wearing won't get messed up. I'm contemplating on getting the lumbar support from this company as well now. I've been using my sleeping pillow currently as lumbar support.

Let me be clear, the cushion on this is amazing and the fabric feels like good quality. However, the bottom part that rests on the top of your back bothered me while driving for some reason. I had to hid the two legs to only feel the top part but its an ackward fit in my car. Just beware of that part (the top part is awesome though).

I am extremely sad and disappointed. I absolutely love the design of this product. I think how it comes down and the balls are positioned just perfectly on your shoulders for excellent pressure points. The design is awesome!But the memory foam is disgustingly chemical Laden. I wish they made this in natural latex or something else that wasn't toxic.I guess I only get one review for both the neck support and the lumbar. Both of them are great I really have to complement the lumbar. But both are excellent! Except for the chemical smell that is intolerable. I was going to use it in a vehicle and would be in closed with it and this memory foam will off gas forever. I've had memory foam that doesn't smell this horribly but I wish they made it with a safer latex or something. I'd like to contact them and see if they can use this mold for natural latex

More splooshy than I expected which is great! I have chronic back and neck pain but I refuse to allow that to stop me from enjoying my driving experience in my brand new Jeep wrangler which im currently accessorizing. Love this pillow
