The media could not be loaded. I loved this backpack so much I bought a second. It is great quality and durable. Its padding in the pocket holds my gaming laptop securely and allows for a lot of extra gear to fit inside. It also works great just for notebooks, files, etc. The design is sleek and the color is a nice matte black with the logo subdued so it doesn't stick out. It travels very well. Great value.

LOVE THIS BAG!! It looks sleek and clean and holds everything I need. I used this to fly and it fit under the seat without issue even when it was loaded with stuff. I can fit my laptop and travel screen in the protective pouch inside. The straps are very comfortable. I even had a yogurt explode inside on my way to work one day and it wiped up and cleaned up super easily. I have had this now for over 6 months and it is holding up great without any signs of wear.

Love the color contrast and the quality

This bag is as advertised.. Love carrying it...has lots of space.. Sturdy and strong.. definitely a good value for money... Items fit in really easily.. loved it during travel.

The bag is lightweight and has a bounty of storage. Sometimes, having too many pockets though, can be detrimental for finding things. It does need a metal key ring clip to keep you car keys on while you are traveling. The plastic one provided is weak and I almost broke it the first day.The bag provided good soft protection for your laptop, but does not have the better hard-sided suspension storage pocket.The zippers are ok, but not great. They need to be bigger and close easier. The pulls are good and comfortable.The straps are comfortable on my shoulders and easy to get on and off. They are easy to adjust and are big enough for larger folks.Overall a good value for the money, but not really built for a road-warrior.

I am highly disappointed with this Swiss Gear backpack. While I understood it was supposed to be cream, the actual color of the backpack I received was incredibly unappealing and did not look right at all. Instead of a pleasant cream, it was a dull, cheap-looking shade that made the entire bag appear low quality and frankly, quite tacky.Beyond this significant color issue, I was also truly surprised by what seems like a decline in overall quality. I distinctly remember Swiss Gear products from my childhood being exceptionally well-made and durable. This backpack, however, felt like a significant step down in terms of materials and construction; it simply didn't live up to the brand's past reputation for quality.It's genuinely disheartening when a brand you once trusted for high standards no longer meets those expectations. This purchase was a complete letdown and not what I had hoped for. I was so unhappy with both the unappealing color (which was definitely not cream) and the overall impression of quality that I immediately sent it back for a refund.

Ordered this backpack in both cream and charcoal for my teens for school this year. Both arrived and seem attractive and are a good size with large pockets without being too big to overstuff. Not quite as big as backpacks we’ve had in the past, but a great size considering most of their classes are on their devices.
