Both grow light & control display both started strobing in sync.Replaced factory power transformer/plug with this.GOOD NEWS: garden instantly started working.BAD NEWS: factory power unit died after only a year & a half. (& the LEDs that burned out did not come back on, but I did not expect that)New power unit deserves 5 stars but failure of factory power unit brings review down to 4.
