Love it! - Easy to use and install, quiet and efficient, gets the job done!!!
[Update]: I have been using for about a month and still in love with it. No problems at all. Cleans perfectly. Still very happy with this!---Didn't use to be a frequent review writer but this dishwasher has proven to be great so really felt like it deserved getting its 5 stars. The unit fits perfectly in our countertop, takes most (all) of the countertop space but it's well worth it.PROS:- Incredibly easy to install: it took less than 10 minutes to connect the hoses to the back of the unit, and plug into the faucet.- Incredibly easy to connect for each use: after you setup the quickconnect thing on your faucet, plugging the hose to the faucet takes 5 seconds. You connect, open the faucet, get the washer running. Then unplug once its done. Couldn't be easier.- Have only had the unit for a couple weeks but so far very happy with the cleaning, no complaints with the performance- Relatively quiet: I was expecting it to be noisy but figured it would be worth dealing with the noise just to have a dishwasher, but was really pleasantly surprised with how quiet it is. Very quiet during cleaning and just a bit of noise once it discharges the water (noise coming from the water hitting the sink, but nothing major). You can watch TV or listen to radio while it operates with no trouble.- Enough capacity for our needs (a couple in a small apt)- No leaks- Chose this model over other models available on amazon because of the color. I like the metal / grey finish.CONS:- Relatively heavy: I was able to put up on the sink on my own but some people might need some help to unpack the unit and set it up on the counter.Overall incredibly happy with the purchase. Easy to install, easy to operate, gets the job done. Best thing you can do with ~$250 to massively improve your daily life!

Excellent small dishwasher
I can't believe I didn't buy this sooner. It works great and serves its purpose for my small apartment. It gets the dishes clean, and the amount of noise it produces is reasonable in my opinion. Saves me loads of time and water. The only downside is that standard 10.5 inch plates don't fit unless you lean them over. Having to do this reduces the amount of space for other dishes. It's a little annoying; if they had just made this (already large) machine 1/4" taller, the plates would fit. That being said, the plates do still get clean even when leaned over, and if I remove the silverware holder it will fit my 6-quart slow cooker, so I can't complain too much about the size.

LEAKS BADLY!!!
Unit leaked badly after 24 days of use. If I had written this review prior to the 24th day I would have given this unit 5 stars because it worked very well. It cleaned our dishes and was surprisingly capable of handling a respectable load. I am disappointed in the catastrophic failure after day 24. It was soooo cool before that.On positive note, Amazon exchanged it without any problem.

Lasted less than a year
So far so good. Has been cleaning the dishes just fine. I do scrap the dishes and rinse on any food particles that are of any size at all. I have put dried dishes in it and it did very well. I had to soak a spaghetti plate for a bit after washing the plate in the machine and then put it back through. However, that plate was dried on to begin with so, ok. The machine is much much quieter than was expected. Only complaint is I wish it held more. Especially bowls. But, folks this is a counter top dishwasher, NOT full size, so can't expect it to load a full size load:) As long as this lasts well, I am very very satisfied. Only been using it about 4 weeks so can't tell on longevity yet. I use automatic dishwasher tablets by If You Care. No complaints there. I do not use a rinse enhancer. I just open the door and let the dishes dry naturally. Not much as far as spot problems and I don't like coating my dishes with stuff....stuff we then ingest. So just use the dish-washing tablets. Will update this after I have used it for a lengthy period of time to give idea of reliability.Update: Despite being very careful with this washer....scrapping dishes etc. the cycle settings started getting stuck and then quit all together. Machine lasted less than a year, with good care.

Christmas cookie cleanup no longer daunting.
I should have bought this years ago. I have done five loads and I am in love. My sink is no longer filled with dishes, its kind of disorienting. Like others, after setting up the washer helped me wash the floor. The issue is expansion of the fittings as hot water passes through, so plan on babysitting your first load and retightening the fittings, but take care so you don't get scalded. You should be good to go after that. The washer is plenty big, it fits two kitchenaid artisan series mixing bowls with handles (these are the smaller ones), utensils, with room to spare for plates and bowls. I cook with cast iron and stone, which can't go into the washer so I can't speak about cookie sheets. This washer fits my gsi stainless dishes which haven't been this shiny since they were new. At the end of the wash, my glass and corningware dishes are dry, stainless needs a quick going over. I want to marry this machine, but I've already married the clothes washer. The dishwasher will be built in by spring, as I have plans to rebuild my cupboard to accommodate the washer as a permanent install.Update: lasted three years, so one star for each year. Now the buttons don't work. Will buy another as $80/year is so worth it.
