I normally love this wheat bran and eat it regularly, I have for the past two years. But my most recent order I noticed is different - there's completely unground pieces. I actually have preferred this wheat bran because it is coarser than other brands, but this bag literally had tiny stalks of unground wheat (think a hay-like consistency just mixed in with the properly ground parts). I will likely toss it as I feel like I'm eating small pieces of hay in my cereal. Hopefully this was just a fluke. Again, I've been buying for two years and never had this problem. I will purchase one more time and hopefully get a normal batch.

The best! Coarse and adds perfect texture to sourdough bread. Makes great muggins and waffles. I've ordered many times over the last 8 years. Always a great product.

This worked very well for bran muffins. Non GMO is a huge selling point for me! Course and unprocessed made for excellent baking. I really liked their company story on their web site explaining their beginnings and to where they are today. They have many products which I will be purchasing in the future. This is a good product at a great price.I recommend it.

I am making bran muffins with it. The expiration date is six months. I do wish that date was a little more into the future although I don’t know if that is realistic or not.
