Great laptop for office and multimedia consumption
I got the laptop for 81k with discounts and coupon discount, great purchase for the price. It has beautiful display and windows hello works great thanks to Intel evo certification. It's very light weight and durability is great to carry around. Didn't get any software free with the device. Keyboard is good gets some time to get used to.Battery life is great can easily get 7-8 hrs on single charge. so carrying laptop charger all the time is not the issue.Laptop is fast and snappy thanks to i7 l, multitasking is great.U can't play games bcoz it has no graphics card and no one will be buying this device for gaming purpose.Rest photo editing is great.Update your laptop regularly for smooth performance.

Satisfied
Let me list the Pros and Cons after usagePros:- Extremely slim, light and portable- Good battery backup- Good display clarity - 16:10 aspect ratio and 2500*1600 resolution- Fingerprint sensor- 4 USB ports (2 each type A and C)Cons:- Terrible screen reflection. Almost reflects like a mirror under certain lighting making it very difficult to watch movies, although the glare disappears at night while the room tubelight is on. Be prepared to install a screen guard if necessary- LG inbuilt software not easily available. Download it from the LG USA site under the 14" variant. Don't install any software other than LG updater and LG control centre (installed DTS but it messed up my audio. Make sure to uncheck DTS while updating through LG control centre)- A bit expensive (92k for 11th gen i7 16 gb Ram 16" variant)- RAM is soldered, so no further addition possible.- Thermal throttles very easily. The laptop is excellent for day to day tasks like watching movies, office work, browsing, etc but if you're into a lot of cpu intensive tasks like compression, video editing, gaming then DO NOT buy this as it will immediately heat up and throttle and give very bad performance.Overall a good laptop. Couldn't give 5 stars due to its poor cooling, screen glare and high price.Pro tip : If you're only doing office work, browsing or movie watching, I'd suggest you put it in battery saver mode all the time. I could get about 8-10 hours of backup doing this without any performance hit.Edit 1 : After a month of usage, I must say I'm getting used to the glare. I just set the brightness to max while watching movies during daytime, and even though I can still see the reflection of my face on the screen like a mirror, I'm learning to ignore it.

Think of it as an 16 inch ultrabook
It still amazes me how light it is whenever I pick it up. It looks greatThis laptop had no battery out of the box so need to plugin before setup. It is an amazing laptop with a great display. It does heat up so recommend to run it in efficiency mode till you absolutely need more power.Miramatrix features are great but enable them only if necessary.Lg smart assistant is good you can use it to prevent battery charging over 80% to prolong battery life, lock the fn key for the top row and also control fan speed. The keyboard is fine. the trackpad response out of the box was not that good for me so had to configure it in the windows setting now it works fine. The battery life is good and can get up to 9 hrs if you are just browsing. However, if you are working have multiple tabs open and 2-3 programmes running it can give you around five hours of backup at 50% screen brightness.Does not have a fingerprint sensor so used face id for windows hello. The speakers are fine don't expect a very high-end experience. After using it for some time it is a very light and capable general-use laptop which will handle most of the tasks that you can throw at it.Not recommended for specific use cases like Gaming or extensive photo and video editing. think of this as a 16-inch ultrabook.

Lag a lot
This laptop is not meant for heavy usage, but even if you are browsing net or watching YouTube ,it will start to lag and it's serious lag which will make you to throw it out of window. Using this laptop from last 2 year, spend to much on it, but not worth it, even though they say it's light weight and has long battery, its useless if you can't even do normal task let alone using heave application

Excellent laptop
I have been using this laptop for almost a month. It is a great laptop for day to day work and multitasking. Light and fast with great battery life. Screen is excellent, vibrant, blacks look black, no glare. LG app is good. Face unlock works like a charm. DDR 5 ram is quick. It has got 3 years of warranty, which is great.Downsides are No fingerprint scanner. No lifetime valid MS office, it gets only 6 months subscription of office 365. Speakers are just ok. Only 512mb SSD but these things are not deal breakers.
