I do lots of baking, including breads, cookies, pies, and cakes. This is hands down the best spatula. I have one in three different colors. It gets into the nooks and crannies, it is firm but not too firm, it is easily thrown in the dishwasher, and is completely heat resistant. It holds up to heavy bread doughs. The white doesn't seem to hold stains. It's the perfect spatula.

My wife had been wanting a new spatula and could not find one she liked in local stores. Looked on Amazon and discovered this one. Little more expensive than what we had been paying. Ordered it. First time wife used it, she loved it. So far, well worth the extra money.

This is well made and feels like it will last a long time. I have used it in sauces with turmeric and so far I am not seeing discoloration issues. The length is good and it works well for stirring, the only place it falls a little short on is scraping bowls, I think it is the shape of the “blade” (not sure if that’s the technical term for it) it is not rounded enough for a bowl shape. For cooking pots with straight edges it works very well.The color I got is a little lighter than what is pictured, more of a light lavender, but it is still a pretty color.Overall I would say this is a good buy that will last and work for a variety of things, just not as great for bowls.

it came fast. It is very stiff and that is what I wanted. I can mix my bread dough with it and it did not bend or break.
