The latex was poor quality.
The balloons came stuck together and didn’t leave me very many to be able to blow up. The package did not sit in the sun before use which one would think could attribute to the balloons sticking together. However I was able to make a short balloon garland rather than a planned arch.

Red not the best
I am a balloon artist and buy off Amazon for last minute events unfortunately I didn't care for the red color in this batch it wasn't vibrant like the photos suggested they looked more pink once blown up especially when light hit them but I still managed just wish they were red red.

I expected better for this price.
The black and gold balloons were fine but all the red ones had a nasty looking white residue on it that wouldn't come off.
