Ok so I am going to get the hard facts out of the way. All shilajit has an unpleasant odor and taste. The odor is a faint manure smell and the taste strait up is like ear wax with dirt. Yeah I said it, and it is absolutely the truth. I do not get paid for this and even if I was, there is no reason to BS people into buying a lie. Now that, that is out out of the way the product works a little too good. I have ADHD and anxiety. I feel more balanced on this than I do on my medication. My brain is not doing the multiple mental gymnastics that I usually experience. I have so much more energy and I sleep very well at night. As far as exercise, I was able to do over 10,000 steps in just a couple of hours, when I normally can’t do more than 7000 in a day. I will continue to buy. I take mine in mint tea. It removes the odor and the taste is completely undetectable. I will stress that the tea should be prepared the British way. Tea bag in, hot water poured, and shilajit added (sugar milk etc). When I made it the American way it tasted burnt, so there is probably something to the British tea experience, but do what works for you. I do wish it had a longer spoon with a more accurate measurement of the amount needed. If you buy this product, you really only need about half of the spoon size that was included.
