This is the real deal! Bought the test it came in about 3 days. Completed the swap on a saturday. Mailed it in the following day on a sunday. Said it was going to be there that following Friday but it was a day delayed so it got there the next day on Saturday. We gotta an alert on sunday that test was received and in progress. Took about 7 days but following Sunday from when they said received samples, we got the results. 99.999999 He is the father. This settled all doubts. All together took about 14 days from when we sent test back and received results. Very accurate and was well worth it! Now we can finally move on and this will never be a topic of discussion with my partner ever again because now we know for sure! Thanks for an amazing product that brought my family peace and ease! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Great product, easy to use and fast results.

The product comes with easy-followed instructions, and the whole process is neat. I saw concern from user's review about applying buccal swab on baby. From personal experience, it's not an issue: rotate the swab on baby's cheek for less than 1 minute on one side won't hurt. Also, after collecting the sample, let it dry out for over 1 hour would be helpful avoid DNA degrading. The sample was sent out on Friday (via USPS), which was supposed to arrive next Wednesday based on estimate. Eventually it arrived Friday morning, with 2 days delay. Received confirmation text and email Friday afternoon for arrival, and got final test result Saturday afternoon.

I bought this thinking I would get results in 24-48 hours ( once they received ) . Well, It’s been almost 4 days and I can’t even get them to answer my messages . I thought they were a reputable company, because of the reviews, but don’t be deceived. The least they could do is, is answer my messages and say, hey it’s taking a little more time . I am getting nothing . They advertise 12-24 . What’s up with that ??? I messaged them 4 times ,and they answered me once , and said they would get back , and never did . I’m sorry, but I would choose another company . I really did have high hopes , but I was wrong . I’m sure this review won’t help my case . Obviously, My case is a time sensitive situation, that is why I paid what I did , to get the results back as soon as possible. If there was an issue, all they had to do was let me know . Unfortunately, I can’t get them to respond, and there is no phone number to contact them .UPDATE ON REVIEW:I RECEIVED MY RESPONSE 1 hour after I posted this review. So, I did receive a response. It wasn’t in the time frame they advertised , but within 84 hours. I think for the price, that isn’t a terrible inconvenience.
