I love these lights but the battery terminal compartment on one is broken. Can you tell me how to get a replacement? Thank you

Really enjoying these battery operated lamps. I received three and so far have been using just one. They are so cute and others have told me they look fancy. The lighting is excellent. So easy to setup. There is an On/ Off button with a couple of lighting options.

These lights are super cute and tiny and work great in my camper! They give off the perfect amount of light for ambience. Unfortunately one of the bulbs stopped working soon after I got them, but their customer service was quick to send a replacement!

UPDATE 12/11/23: Shortly after writing my review, the seller reached out to apologize for my experience with their product. They indicated they are using feedback to improve their design, and they offered (and subsequently issued) a full refund despite the return window having closed. It would appear as though the seller really does value customer experience and prioritizes service. The lights are small and cute, but the way these are designed is horrendous. One light worked for a few days but then stopped working, and nothing I did to try to fix the issue was successful. The second one I tried to install was missing one of the metal contact points for the batteries, so of course that didn’t work. I didn’t even bother with the third because it’s not worth the hassle given my experience with the first two. The batteries are very challenging to install because one end has to be slid into a recessed hole, then the spring has to be depressed with another very thin implement (I used a razor blade) while you push the other end down and then release the spring. Awful design. Would return but I missed the window. Wouldn’t even recommend these to someone I hate.

I ordered two sets of these. They are adorable and as described. One of the bulbs does not work. Trying to find a replacement bulb is nearly impossible as the wattage is so low. To me it's not worth my time to sit on hold for a rep or chat over a bulb, but I did it anyway and was unable to connect via chat or a call back. Amazon customer service actually affected this score for not being able to connect with them to get it resolved. I would only need a bulb and I know how returns work, you send the entire product back just for one small replacement part. Would I recommend this product? Absolutely! Just know if a bulb doesn't work, you will search for hours as I did, and come up empty handed. So this score was actually for Amazon, not the product, and the seller should probably take this up with them. The product deserves 5 stars just for the record. I do apologize to the seller if it effects their rating but Amazon needs to do better. From a very loyal Amazon customer. Personal and business.

Update: The seller was quite responsive and issued me a refund. I appreciate the quick and professional response. Original message: Don't do it. 2 of the bulbs didn't work and 1 of the holders. The batteries are impossible to take out once they are in. Which made it a nightmare to find out what was wrong with all 3 lights and bulbs. Oh by the way ... each light uses 4 AA batteries. Save your money!!!

Adorable on my porch

Great lights for gazebo, bright enough to be able to play cards and gives relaxing atmosphere. Remote control works well, you just have to make sure all 3 lights are on same setting (press button on each light on, then use remote for easy turning off). Each light takes 4 AA batteries so plan on having 12 batteries to make it work.

Lovely stylish outdoor lights

I only needed two of the three lamps. They are perfect amount of light for enjoying an evening outside. They are small and can be adjusted length wise.

Out of three, 2 worked for a nice evening and then next evening in the 1 worked! What did I expect for almost £40? At least one summer and then pack away for the following maybe 2 or 3 summers. No I was wrong. Nothing to do with the Batteries! Always use Duracell +100 extra life. Nothing to do with the Bulb tried the Non working bulb in working one and worked fine, Nothing to do with leaving them outside brought them in after every use. Not happy wasting £40…stick with candles and lanterns!

These outdoor lights look good. But one of the bulbs was not working, so I have only been able to use two of the lights. I have found it impossible to find a replacement bulb because of the low bulb wattage required (0.15W). I have not been able to get any help from Amazon or the vendor on how to just replace the bulb instead of sending all the lamps back to be replaced. It would be very helpful if the vendor could have support on advising or providing their customers on getting bulb replacements. This seems to be a common problem with these lights with no solution.
