As someone who has had a jaw issue, I have tried everything. When I run out, my jaw quickly lets me know. The capsules have no taste and are easy to swallow. I cant recommend these enough!

This actually works very well for me to help relieve jaw pain and help me sleep. I also normally take magnesium supplement too at bedtime.

It seems to be working, it's little soon to tell the long term benefits of it. I would advise taking it at night if taking 2 like recommended. I tried taking 1 during the day, I was functioning; however, I was a bit groggy. It may just my sensitivity to certain things.

I've had TMD for a while now and was hoping this would give me some relief. It did the opposite. For days my jaw muscles would not relax after taking this. Now that I've stopped, it's much better (which isn't good). Do not buy this. You also can't return it or get a refund. Waste of money!
