Q: The description says 4A, the picture says output 3.5A ... Which is it?

Unlike the model in the picture of the advert (XSG-0503500HUS) rated at 5V 4A, I was delivered model XSG-0504000HUS rated 5V 4A. Seems to work just fine with my RasPi 4... and if I plug too much "stuff" into the USB ports (multiple USB web cams, etc.) with the brownout lightning bolt flickering on the screen, I have a separate powered USB port to help with the load.

Q: Does this work with the raspberry pi 3?

No, it will not work with pi 3, this is type c power supply, pi 3 need micro usb power supply.

Q: Can i use it to quick charge my samsung phone.

The Raspberry Pi itself doesn't have negotiation chipsets/protocols for higher power delivery, and this being paired with such devices would be inappropriate for phones or other electronics that aren't designed for higher power delivery without a negotiation chipset/protocol. For modern phones, you should consider a USB-C Power Deliver (PD) charging device. There are other, older, "quick charge" chipsets/protocols in many of USB chargers, but PD is really what you're looking for moving forward. PD charging is what most/many current laptops support as well, you can use a higher rated PD for both, reducing the number of chargers you have to carry around with you. Similarly, it will give you more flexibility for a car charger as well.

Very good power supply

It works as advertised.

It's hard to say much about a power supply. One very handy feature of this one is the built in power switch. It is nice to be able to unplug an SBC for adjustments without having to unplug the power supply. Anything that simplifies things is a big plus in my book.

Works fine

Works fine although the Raspberry Pi 5 does complain that it cannot deliver the full 5 amps that a Pi power supply can deliver. The 4 amps this delivers seems sufficient, I'm having no problems running a Pi 5 8GB with a cooling fan and I also have an NVMe hat and a 2280 256GB NVMe.

Works Great

This power supply does not overheat and powers a Raspberry Pi 4 that is constantly on. Power switch on the line is a nice feature and is located only a few inches away, some other brands have it too far. Will definitely buy a few more to replace some other Pi power supplies.

Worked with my RetroPi 4

Sadly the pi does not conform to usb c phone chargers but this pack fixed my gaming issue due to power. The switch on the line was useful.
