This ladder is beautifully finished and arrived without a scratch. I bought the 4-step version because it’s located on the 10’ deep end of the pool. Nice for users of any height, but especially shorter folk, to exit the pool without struggling. Metal steps with inset rubber treads help prevent slipping. Easy enough for this 67-year old lady to install in minutes. A pleasant surprise: mine came with a set of matching metal escutcheons (those round donut plates that cover the mounting bolts). The item as described didn’t say these were included. Also came with a set of bumpers for the ladder feet to protect your pool plaster from damage. Sadly, these were a hair too small for easy installation (by me at least), so I used a larger set purchased separately.

This ladder arrived packaged well enough to prevent shipping damage. Stainless steel smooth, shiny and undamaged, Easy to assemble and install as replacement for worn-out ladder. Missing the 2 bumper feet in packaging, but seller contacted and immediately mailed the missing parts. Purchased separate escutcheons of different design but the ones with the ladder were fine. Would purchase this item/from this seller again.

Good swim ladder for in ground pool. I like the extra step!!

I made the mistake of not reading "not salt water friendly" in the detailed product description. The steps rusted after two weeks in the pool. The company told me nothing could be done since it states in the description not salt water friendly. However, I am familiar with stainless steel, which does not rust. It clearly says in the description in bold that the steps are stainless steel. I would pass on this one.

Good quality, good price, appears to be sturdy. Waiting for the pool to be repaired to start using. I wish it was available years ago when older swimmers were having trouble using the three step ladder that came with the pool.

I have no problem with the ladder I just would like to receive the 4th step
