My PC's will not play these Zosi DVR files
I thought I was getting a deal, but instead I got junk. What good is a Zosi DVR that backs up AVI files on flash drive my computers won't play. I even downloaded Zosi VLC player, still doesn't work. Also don't like as your playing back DVR video & searching for a time that you need to enter for backing up events, I found that no time clock is showing while in playback. This doesn't make sense because you need to see a clock to find video while playing. Support is terrible and did nothing but give me the runaround. I'm done with Zosi unless they can make this wrong a right.

Easy to use
This product was great. Installed the hard drive and it formatted to one I installed. Setup was a breeze. I would buy it again.

Stuck
Few days after the return window closed the dvr is stuck in a reboot loop. It start with system initializing then reboots.
