Persian Area Rugs Luxe Weavers Distressed Navy 8x10 Area Rug, Modern, Stain Resistant Carpet, Indoor Oriental Rug

I needed to tie in a few neutral colors, at exactly 5’ x 7’ (not 5’3” or 7’8” like some actually turned out to be), and looking for something light to sit on dark wood floor to coordinate with seafoam/ aqua/ teal/ etc that wasn’t “too blue “ (so many rugs turned out to be blue even though my search criteria specified “green,” and “teal”). If I tell you I spent days in stores and dozens of hours online trying to match all my criteria without breaking the bank on an accent piece, it would be an understatement. I am so very happy with how this rug fit in my living room and tied in all the colors without being overbearing or look cheap. The packaging was perfect: it was rolled in plastic, taped around two ends, and had protective fabric covers at each end. I opened it and laid it flat upside down for a few hours, with weights like heavy books and lamps on the spots that looked like they needed flattening, especially the interior edge that started the roll. After that I flipped it over and that same edge still wanted to lift up a little, so just another hour or so of being weighted did the trick. After 2 weeks it is still flat. It’s easy to vacuum, and very soft to the touch. I am satisfied with the look, feel and quality. For $69.99 how could you go wrong, especially considering that the matching runner is $120. This rug is worth every penny and more.

I have had this rug for just about a year now and I have to say, no regrets. The price is so great for such a nice rug. It is very pretty, comfortable and soft (we do not have any rug pads under it and it is on vinyl flooring... and it feels good), and is SO durable. Literally we have spilled tomato sauce, drinks (tea, juice, water...), chocolate.... all sorts of things on it and it doesn't stain. I can usually get anything out with just a rag and water, although I think I added a little oxiclean or stain remover with the tomato juice, and I have been able to get everything out so easily. Also the pattern hides dirt and crumbs really well. My toddler poured pretty much an entire water bottle on the rug at one point, and it did get wavy looking for about a day. I thought I was going to have to replace it - and to be honest I would have just bought the same rug again - but lo and behold, a day later it was back to normal. It lays flat, doesn't curl up on edges... if you like how it looks, you will be happy with the quality so don't hesitate to buy it.

I love my carpet!! I’m not being paid to review this item! Quality: I’ve had it now for several months and I waited to write my review to ensure it was a good quality carpet. Do not pay attention to any negative reviews. I have 4 kids and I’ve been able to keep my carpet in like new condition. It’s still super clean, soft and perfect!! I only spot clean this carpet and I don’t allow any eating, drinking, or shoes on it. I vacuum it daily along with my other daily sweeping routines and it’s not tearing up or fraying. The looks: So cute! The colors are muted farmhouse elegant carpet. It’s a thin rug not a huge plush rug. So if that’s what you’re looking for I’d choose something else. But I wasn’t looking for something thick. I wanted a cute everyday living room rug. It’s perfect! I get compliments all the time on it. Overall: It’s a great value and for the price you simply cannot beat it. I would absolutely buy this again in a heart beat!!!

Not sure on the stain resistance. Luckily, we haven’t had any accidents yet! The rug is soft. Quality is great. I can’t really say I’m an expert in rug quality. I’ve bought a few rugs in the past in the 1,500-3,000 price range and this rug seems no different in quality. The rug looks like the picture maybe a little lighter in person. I’m very pleased with the look and it’s works well in my living area. Honestly, I purchased it for the price. I have a St. Bernard. He’s pretty good but I’ve had other dogs destroy those expensive rugs I’ve purchased in the past. I thought...looks nice, great price...if I come home to a half eaten rug maybe I won’t be so upset. So far, so good...he just likes to lay on it.

This rug is beautiful and looks perfect in our kitchen under the island. It is thin and ideal for the space. The colors stand out yet are muted enough to not call attention. This is my fourth purchase of rugs in the style and they vacuum without pulling up and clean up well with the carpet cleaner on the occasion, as needed.

I have 5 of this rug in five different sizes. But the first one in 2014 and the last in 2025. They hold up very well over time. I own another rug from this line in a gray color. The cream rug is understated and elegant. The bolder blue in the rug has a muted teal tone to it, with powder blue and a soft brown.

This is an incredible area rug for the price. I absolutely love this in so many ways. It has a nice plushness to it that feels incredibly soft under bare feet and cushy to walk on. The colors bring out various colors of my surrounding furniture beautifully and give them that look I was hoping for. The vintage, worn in appearance makes it look as if I got this from past generations yet looks new. It is kinda vintage, kinda boho. Debated on what size to get but got the 5x7 and it was perfect for my space. Nice size and just gives my living room that cozy, inviting vibe I was looking for. Some areas are more distressed but I like that and you can place the rug in whatever position you'd like to accent that piece that may or may not be more or less worn in/ distressed. I'm including a photo of my cat April who is gray and white so you can see the color more accurately and also bc she loves to be in my photos and be the star. The colors of the rug have great contrast of beige, white, gray, brown, blue and green. Very great rug sure to compliment any color scheme with those colors in them.

I agree with the high rated reviews. This rug is a steal! I was concerned about seeing different customer photos that appeared to show a dark and a light version of the ivory rug. I had a few questions about that and the seller immediately answered on a Saturday, on a holiday weekend. I was looking for the softer more faded look shown in some of the review photos but some other review photos looked darker. The seller sounded honest and seemed to just want me to be happy with the purchase. Feeling reassured, I ordered the ivory on Memorial Day Weekend and here I am, the following weekend enjoying this beauty. If you are on the fence about seeing lighter and darker photos, no need to worry. It's both. It depends on which way you place it. Looking at it from one side it has a little more distressed softer look and looking from the other side there is a bit more pop or contrast. I had thought I only wanted the distressed look but honestly, the sharper contrast looks stunning as well. Now I feel like if I ever want a little more detail, all I have to do is turn the rug 180 degrees and I'll have it. It's the best of both worlds. The packing was done very well too, securely covered in poly with extra coverage on the ends. Just so you know, it's not extremely thick at around 3/8" (just guessing). I'd say it's similar to some of the thinner ones you'd see in Home Goods or TJ's for around $300-400 for the 8 x 10" size. I know this because I've been looking for around a year in South FL. It's not as thick as the hand carved wool rugs but I wasn't expecting that for the price. In fact, it's not as thin as I was worrying it might be. Where else could you get an on-trend 9 x 12.5-foot rug for a little over $200? (including shipping) I thought I'd have to settle for a rug that would look like a little postage stamp in my large room and even if I settled for that smaller size, I'd have to pay more than for I did for this. Thanks to Persian Rugs, I don't have to. This fills the room nicely and pulls my leather teal sofa and cream oversized recliners very nicely. It also would work well with Powder blue or Wedgewood blue too. The beige is on the cooler side like a greige. I'm happy it's not yellow/tan. I hope this helps with your decision.
