Which picture is accurate? the ones posted in february/march which include mag stearate & silicon dioxide or the listing picture of just gelatin?

Hi, the current image is the updated and correct one. We worked hard to remove all fillers from our product because we believe that customers only want the actual ingredients and nothing else. While this makes production more complicated (the extra ingredients making filling the capsules easier), it's a small price to pay to offer what we believe are the best beef organs available. What is the purpose of the silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate in the beef organ capsules? How much of it is added?

These are "flow agents" use in encapsulation of powders during manufacturing. Magnesium Stearate is simply steric acid (found in kidney fat suet for instance). Similarly silicon is a natural mineral in bone. These are generally recognized as safe, GRAS. To see that its not filler simply compare total qty of organs per bottle and price across brands. I think you'll find this one comes out quite favorably.

Zen Principle refused to provide the complete vitamin mineral hemi iron amount of this supplement, why would the seller not know the nutrient levels?

It is sourced only from healthy cows, born, raised and grass-fed on the pastures of New Zealand and/or Argentina.
