I just love them. I mean, the texture, soft but not too chewy, the melon flavour is irresistible. Look, let's not kid ourselves. Sweets are bad for us, no matter how they're dressed or sold. But these are too delicious, (which is why I bought the box), so be careful. Everything in moderation, right?

These Bebeto Watermelon sweets are a fantastic mouth-watering delight. They're sweet (they're basically nine-tenths sugar) whilst at the same time - extremely tarty and sour as they contain seven-and-a-half per cent apple juice as well as citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid. Don't worry about the word "acid" as these all are present naturally in certain foods. The "Watermelon" however made me laugh as it is only 0.01 per cent of the ingredients, so less than a gram in each packet! Regardless though these are wonderfully tasty and mouth-watering sweets. Contrary to what one reviewer said, the packet I received although had a UK address on it, the sweets were made in Turkey.

Good value tasty sweets

Only ordered these to top my basket to get free delivery - but I was really surprised by these! They're actually really, really, nice! Not too sweet (unlike most gummy sweets), only < 254 calories for the whole bag, fat free, and made in Britain (so you know they haven't airfreighted or shipped halfway around the world!). ATM - only 50p - so what's not to love? Will DEFINITELY buy again!
