It works well for fruits and vegetables, but I bought it because I eat a lot of salmon and wanted something that would cut through the skin so I could cut small portions for meal prep. No such luck. It doesn't cut through fish skin.

My son saw this on YouTube, and told me I just had to have it, as he sees me cut up vegetables for salad, fruit, etc. It’s not too expensive so I got it to try it out. I was pleasantly surprised! It makes cutting so much easier! A built in knife with cutting board! However I do wash it right away and store it up high, because in the wrong hands this could do some damage like cut fingers and such. I am very careful also as it could cause cuts even with careful adults. A great kitchen gadget! Not all of them are!

way better than using a cutting board and knife, quicker but you have to be careful the storage clip is awesome I put it on top of my knife box set.

These work absolutely phenomenal, we use every day from cutting cheese to eating apples, who ever came up with this idea is amazing lol
