I’ve been using this for quite some time. I have hypothyroidism and supplements are quite important to me for certain needs that I have and the quality of this one has been really good. My blood work had gotten to a normal level after using this brand so yes, it is worth trying and the quality is good.

I’ve been taking this supplement every morning and I feel great knowing I’m supporting both my bones and circulation. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I love that it combines K2 (MK7) and D3 in the right ratio. No aftertaste or discomfort. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a quality vitamin combo!

I had eye twitching issues here a while back, and I researched what could be the cause of it and it said that I needed to find a vitamin K and D product and take it. It said it could take up to 8 weeks for the product to take effect and stop the eye twitching. I’m here to tell you, the product works and I have not had one single episode since taking it. It is very cost effective, and I have a subscription to renew every other month. They are very little pills that are easy to swallow. I have had no stomach issues, or anything of that nature.

Just what is needed ... K & D3 are essential as we age.Decades ago, my Japanese mother-in-law was taking K, and I had never heard of it. She also used other supplements and practiced other dietary habits that made no sense to me.But, over time, I learned. She's now fit and 100 years old, and I've outlived several of my younger siblings (I'm a WW2 baby, and they're all younger than me by quite a bit). As I passed into my 70s, I learned the significance of K and the importance of taking D3 with it.Now, in my 80s, I might have aches from being too sedentary, but there are people in their early 70s who believe I'm younger than they are.Is it the K? Or the K & D3? It's not the genes -- or my siblings would still be here. My mother-in-law might have good genes -- certainly not the American Eagle kind -- but I suspect the K helps.These pills are easy to swallow and reasonably priced.We'll see how I'm doing in 40 years

This is a must if you are taking calcium for bone health. My Dr. explained this to me. This is an inexpensive supplement and I’m happy with it.

I get this product on a regular basis. Not chalky. Very well made. Ks helps with absorbing the D

Noticed a huge difference taking vitamin D3 w K2 instead of just D3.Worth the price. No problems swallowing, no chalky taste. Doesnt upset my stomach, I take at night because I feel it can be absorbed better.
