This is the best product to relieve leg cramps and toe cramps. Works in seconds. I’ve tried other products and I would never buy them again because Theraworx is the best. I’m sorry I wasted my money on those other products. I learned my lesson.

I’ve bought this for my dad. He has been using Theraworx Foam for a while now, and overall, it’s pretty great. When a cramp hits, this foam works fast — he feels relief almost immediately in the cramped muscle. It doesn’t burn, it absorbs well, and the foam texture is nice and light. However, the downside is that the relief doesn’t last super long. After a couple of hours (or sometimes less, depending on the intensity of the cramp). So while it does its job, it’s not a permanent fix — more of a temporary rescue. Still, for those sudden cramps or nighttime leg spasms, it’s a solid option. He keeps it around, especially when he needs something gentle, fast, and fairly effective. If they could make the effects last longer, it’d be a 5-star product.

I have suffered for years with severe cramping in my thighs. This stuff is a miracle! Spray it on, rub it in, cramp stops almost immediately. I cannot recommend it strongly enough.
