It's a good bit of kit at a good price. It does exactly what you'd expect it to do. It doesn't feel cheap or tacky at all. Very sturdy in fact. The ability to tighten or loosen it is a great feature that most similar products don't have. I'd definitely recommend buying this!

If its neat and good value, why only 4 stars? I find that it is a bit under-sized for my hands. I feel this most on the finger side where my four fingers simply don't fit comfortably along the length of handle. I squeeze them on, of course, but a slightly longer pair of grips would be better. Also I find the handles themselves a bit narrow and hard and it hurts the palm or thumb side of my grip by digging in a bit too sharply. Despite these quibbles its a good machine and I can feel my grip strength increasing. Good stuff

I ended up breaking my 5th Metacarpal and was advised by my physio to get one of these. Having the adjustability meant that i could keep ramping it up to progress my rehab without having to buy a bunch of different ones for different strengths. The only bad point i can find on this is that the print has disappeared and now i dont know where i am on the scale, but you can somewhat guess based on 10kg being to the left and 60kg being to the right.

It's okay, feels a bit flimsy and doesn't extend very far, so limited use! I wouldn't recommend, I guess you get what you pay for in this case!
