Easy to fit, easy to follow instructions. Fits nicely. Only issue I had is I brought it to help me stop grinding my teeth while sleeping, it is a bit too bulky to sleep in

I carried out the instructions to the letter, the fit is no so good, I was expecting much more due to the price and hyped information.

Great gun shield used this brand for a few years now , cool design, easy to mould , and will last for ages as can be remoulded

This was the worst mouth guard I have ever come across. Unfortunately it will have to be binned and I will need to get a different brand. Would not recommend
