Fits 60s & 80s iron patio furniture.
Our patio furniture is hand-me-downs from our parents; one set from the 60s, one from the 80s. Both have the daisy flower design along the chair rims. The original leg pads were gone or barely there. Anyway, these caps fit perfectly. We refinished the furniture and restrained our deck. These caps made slide-ease and scratch resistance perfect! They seem to be of good quality and thickness. Use a hammer, if needed.

Just what was needed
Fits great after we use a heat gun to soften the cap.

Insert then correctly, and they work great.
You may see mentions of it here and there, but it is 100% necessary. Use a heat gun and gloves. If you warm them up (do not melt them lol), they insert pretty easily. They stay in place once cool, and replace the old work or missing patio chair slides.

perfect fit!
Our 30 year old, wrought Iron patio set was leaving dark circles on our cedar deck. The little plastic foot protectors were worn out and missing on most legs of the table and 6 chairs. I was looking for cup-type foot covers and couldn't find anything to fit when I stumbled upon these. It took me a few minutes to figure out that they are inserted into the cavity of the foot, not over! They were a snug fit but not too bad after I figured out I needed to clean out the cavity first. Bonus: the chairs are easier to slide in & out now, especially for visiting grandkids. I'll update this review if they don't hold up to our Michigan seasons. But for the price, it would be worth replacing (and saving the beautiful cedar deck).
