Purchased 6 off these to use as a framework for a cnc router. I had to return one that was like a banana, and some have small dings and pretty bad scratches on them. BUT they are strong ,straight and durable. I'm cutting all mine up but you may need to glue the encaps in if you get them. Some of mine didn't have any or both. I've bought so many I'm afraid I've driven the price up by £10. Sorry 🤣

brought two, one missing end plastic cap

I install floors professionally, and this screed has already made my job easier. I used to work with a 6-foot level, but this 8-foot tool is a huge upgrade. It’s easier to clean after use, and it’s perfect for checking uneven areas before doing any floor leveling. Solid quality and very practical for real job-site work.

not straight from end to end, there is a curve two to three feet from one end.

Right size but the straight edge was made of thin wall tin metal and easy to damage it.

Great screed for the price!
