I have been taking these supplements for around 6 months now. I have seen my Triglycerides go from high to normal, so I do believe it has helped in that regard, as I had made no other major lifestyle changes. After a lot of research these are the best type of Vitamin E you can buy. Yes they are a little expensive, but where health is considered I would rather pay more than risk my health. Please do not buy the cheaper synthetic vitamin e... because research suggests they do more harm then good. These ones only have Tocotrienols only, which have superior health benefits and a better safety profile than tocopherol and not from oils, but annatto plant.... hence I will only buy this brand of Vitamin e. I just hope they will always sell them to the amazon UK market.

They are excellent but bit too over pricy just for 60 capsules in a very small bottle. I’ve started taking it n will see the result in a month time.

Feel a difference in my health already, must have been lacking in Vit E, they are easy to swallow and have no taste and reasonably priced, will be buying again when these run out.

Like another reviewer, becaused the pills are so expensive, I counted them and they were 2 short, so only 58 in the bottle instead of 60. Can't comment on the effectiveness yet as I haven't taken any. Manufacturer needs to sort this out.

This is a truly remarkable supplement. I had been dealing with some kind of lung issue where I felt like I couldn't fully expand my lungs for a full breathe for over 8 months, possibly long..... Within two says of taking 300mg of this twice a day I felt like I could breathe again. It's a bit pricey but I will never be without this again.

I am only a consumer however from my minimal research this was a great product so that is why I bought it. Seems to work well with my other supplements for synergy in my body

small gel caps are easy to swallow, have had better results than with other vit E main dislike is that I needed to take 3 x aday so therefore it only lasts for 10 days, too expensive if needing to take that dosage
