I make pumpkin protein muffins and they were a wonderful addition to my muffins!

Perfect for baking little pricey but worth the money.

For me, these were indistinguishable from the real thing.

These chocolate had a delicious taste. They are a little smaller than regular chocolate chips which I think works great. The only thing I was disappointed about was that most of them were melted in a big big clump. It also looked as the chocolate had bloomed, got warm & then cooled, so there was a funky little look to them. It did not alter the taste.

There is white "dust" covering all the chocolate chips, which was never present with their mini chocolate chips. The dust is apparently "fat bloom". If so, it's not harmful, but makes the chips look unappetizing. The dust could be forgiven, but not the taste of these larger chips, which is not as good as the minis that were unfortunately discontinued. In particular, they're bland and not as sweet or chocolatey. Why companies routinely drop excellent products like the Lakanto mini chocolate chips is totally mystifying, especially when the remaining option/s are not as good. I will not buy this product again.

The chocolate chips themselves taste pretty good for no milk and no sugar! I havent used them for baking yet but I have used them for ice cream to sprinkle in oat milk ice cream and the are wonderful for that. The texture is very similar to regular chocolate chips and they're a nice dark brown color like they should be. I ordered them in a New England October and it was quite cold out on the day they were delivered. Unfortunately, they seem to be stored or shipped in a non-cold environment and a large portion of them are VERY clumped together. If you plan on baking with them, keep this in mind! You very likely wont have proper chips, but chunks. This is my major complaint that dropped stars off as they're not suitable for what I wanted (I bake seasonal treats for family and friends). I've been chipping them off and breaking them up but then they're no longer "chocolate chips". Quite disappointing especially for the price. It would be ideal if they were stored in a colder environment or if the company shipped them with a cheap ice pack to keep them as 'chips'. I hope the company reviews the reviews and will take this advice to heart. If they came as chips, it would be an EASY 4, maybe even a 5 but as is I cant go higher than a 3 (I felt a 2 was too harsh for the quality) but for the price its a bit disappointing.

He probado varios productos de la marca y en general he tenido buenas experiencias. No habia probado estos chocolates, me agrado el sabor y el tamaño de las chispas me gusto, pero lo que no me gusto fue la apariencia del chocolate, se ve como viejo, blanquisco. Aclaro que la fecha de caducidad esta bien, de hecho les falta mucho para caducar, quiza han estado mucho tiempo almacenados o refrigerados.
