Keyboard keys popped out within less than a year and seller said it’s not cover in warranty!
*do not buy - Dell is a scam* they don’t care once sold. Keyboard keys popping out and they said it’s not covered in warranty! battery is always terrible and lasting less than 3 hours!

Battery dead after 1 year
The laptop is not bad overall, but it has a known bug that it won't switch on, so you have to open it and disconnect the battery as it died.

Battery issues
As a gaming laptop, I am disappointed on the battery.It cannot keep up to 2hrs of work.Gaming cannot even be on for an hour.Any other thing is good but the battery is trash

it is okproduct but games not playable on battery and also battery short like 2 hours
it is good product but games are not playable on battery mode as very low fps and also battery timing way short like 2 hours even on idle mode
