Though it is a used laptop, everything worked perfectly

This laptop is literally a steal. Not only does it have a touch screen, but the keyboard is also backlit, which means that you can work on the laptop in limited or no light at all. In addition, The16GB of memory make it fast when surfing the internet or working locally. Overall, this is a fantastic laptop to have for the price. It has everything anyone would want when looking for an affordable laptop that is also fast and reliable.

The battery is life is so poor it only last 20 minutes unplugged. I haven't used it in a month and now the screen won't come on only the keyboard lights. I barely used the damn laptop and it came with problems. Now I have to spend money to get a battery and get it fixed. Total waste of money and time.

The laptop looks and runs like a new laptop except the included charger was 45w. I get popups that let me know the laptop is using a slow charger. It appears a new laptop comes with a 65w charger to charge faster. The included 45w charger charges fast enough for me and the price provided a very good value.

I didn’t think that I could love a laptop just as much as I love my MacBook but I am absolutely happy with this purchase. I love that it is touch screen and it is a great buy. The condition is excellent and it doesn’t look like it has been used. I am truly shocked. Very pleased.

This laptop was told by Amazon that “ Minimum 80% battery life” when buy a renewed laptop. But it was not. I received this laptop 2 days ago. I checked almost everything and installed all necessary apps and software needed. After all, In general, I think the price is reasonable with the product. There are 3 things I think you might concern, you can have a look at my review before purchasing. 1. The battery, only last for 2-3 hours. (Not 10 hours, not long battery life) 2. Unusually hot during using. 3. There’s still some small scratches. FYI.

I guess "renewed" is an ambiguous term but here's what I received: laptop fan was making noise, so I took cover off back and found a fan packed with dust and some foam tape had disintegrated into it making the noise. I cleaned it all out and noise stopped. Found they had painted the back plastic cover to make it look new and paint got into the fan vents too (just thought this was interesting). The battery was clearly brand new. The ram was old. Ran diagnostics on the machine and had to download 2 full years of updates (from bios to audio drivers) and logs showed they had removed half the RAM from the computer (again, interesting). Now? It works great, great features (got the touchscreen win11 version) and coming from an Apple-only user, that is a lot to say for a Windows machine. But, buyer beware that these may require some maintenance and I wonder if just dropping a new battery in it and painting the outside should be considered renewed? I guess that's a lesser fixing than refurbished. Bu, I don't regret it because I'm techie enough to work on these and a for little less than $300: can't beat the deal.

Bought this laptop. Was a good price for the unit offered. Purchased Asurion protection to cover any problems. Laptop would not turn on. Sent laptop back with instructions from Asurion. Item sent back to me with a different Windows version. Original was 11 Pro. After replacing hard drive, Asurion sent back with Windows 10. Laptop was working so I called Asurion again. They said I would need to mail back for update. After a week, Asurion sent email to me saying laptop could not be fixed. Contacted Asurion, asking about laptop. They said they did not have a version to update laptop so they refunded money. Problem was that after refund, I was still out $100.00. Asurion said they could not do anything about the money. Instead of updating, Asurion just wrote it off. NOT very reputable.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. When I first started using the laptop, the battery was completely drained. After charging, the battery now discharges extremely fast. The fan runs at very high speed and noisy, and the laptop heats up quickly even during normal use. In addition, important drivers were not installed, and the screen occasionally flickers. Because of these issues, the device does not appear to be in proper working condition. This is not what I expected from a new/refurbished product. I am requesting an immediate return and refund. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.
