I bought this cape for an Edgar Allan Poe, poetry/speakeasy night, where we could dress up, and it was a hit! The cape’s color is a perfect blood-red, it hung to my ankles, and was perfect for the occasion. I found it to be a decent quality, not too thin, not too thick, either, though. If you’re looking for luxury or a cape that’s going to last you a long time with heavy wear for some other type of occasion, you might want to go with something else, but for Halloween, it’s perfect. Also, it fit perfectly and did not come untied or did the head cover fall off.*I did have to steam it to get the creases out from the shipping, but it was easy and looked great!

If you’ve read other reviews you probably know the purple cloak is a different shade of purple than the one advertised but I knew that buying this because I still wanted a purple cloak and I was not disappointed!!! It’s very lightweight but it’s not a soft kind of velvety fabric which is perfectly fine it’s still comfortable! Unlike other hoods this one fits really good I love the shape it falls into!! For the quality it’s a little better (in my opinion) than what you pay for! But it is probably still prone to tearing if it goes past your feet and catches on the sidewalk or a tree branch but I plan to only use it for DnD night so I’m not too worried about that!!! Overall for what I paid it’s worth it to me!!!!

Got it for a Halloween party but never went. I did try it on. The weight was good and the overall appearance and fabric made it even more perfect. The only thing that I didn’t like was the length I’m 5ft so this was hard to walk with.

This cape is nicely made. I put HTV on lt and made a great costume. It has been washed and has help up perfectly.

I'm 5'1" and with 2 1/2 inch heels it did drag on the floor enough for some people to step on it. I purchased this for a snow white costume . The gold detail went great with this costume. The hood was large enough to cover my whole head comfortably. The fabric is slightly see through , not a lot . It did keep me warm enough so that I had to remove it when we started dancing around I had to remove it because it was too hot to keep it on (on a night that was around 68° night). This is a great cloak/cape , I loved it and will use it again for other costumes and this was the best price I found for this style.

This was mom’s Christmas present with a matching smaller sized one for granddaughter. The quality seems good, the color was spot on and they were both excited to put them on. We are going to have a fun time play dress up and wearing them for holidays. The shade of red is perfect.

Didn't really expect much for the price, needed it for one night. Soft on one side only, way too long, not very thick, see light through it.... you get what you pay for

FANTASTIC! Wearing it for every possible occasion. Christmas it’s coming back out. Great for the price and kept me warmer than expected. Larger than expected as well. Lots of extra fabric

it was a large size- clearly made for men. you literally need to be about 5,10ft at least to use this normally.But for fancy dress, i was able to stitch it up by hand without any difficulty.Lovely quality.the gold tying ribbon is rather thin, - i'd suggest to replace it with a thicker curtain type string, to make it more comfortable
