A must have.
Love this small turner. Great for non stick cookware and small enough for tight spaces. Got this as a spare since one is always in use.

Great for working in a small pan
I like this spatula to help move the cooked eggs away from the side of the pan as I cook an omelet in an 8-inch (20 cm) skillet. This allows the uncooked eggs to contact the pan so the omelet cooks more quickly. I also like to use it when making crepes, together with my fingers, to turn the crepe over in the pan, and to remove the crepe from the pan when finished cooking. If used with high heat the spatula will begin to melt. On my first one I have used a wood chisel to trim the melted areas from the tip, providing a new wedge tip with a thin leading edge. Because I like the narrow shape I have bought two more to have on hand should I overheat one beyond such repairs. They are rather inexpensive.

Cute little spatula!
This is a cute little spatula for when you don't need a huge spatula. My husband likes to cook with a small one and his got melted in the dishwasher somehow so I got him this one and he loves it.

Needed a skinny spatula.
A little bit phlegms here than what I would’ve liked, but it’s perfect for crêpes.

I didn’t know I needed this!
I bought this on a whim and it turns out to be very handy! They’re perfect for lifting things from a crowded cookie sheet or from a cake pan or casserole dish. I really love it! It’s very sturdy but a bit flexible at the same time. I like that it’s a little flexible. I’m really happy with my purchase.

Do not use unless you want to eat microplastics!
The beveled edge on the spatula is getting frayed and if I use my fingernail to scrape it, small black pieces of plastic come off. I'm sure those tiny pieces of plastic are going in my food and I'm ingesting them. I've been hearing about how bad microplastics are, so I am throwing this spatula away! I haven't used this much and only bought it about 8 months ago.

Exactly what I needed!
I despise flexible spatulas. They're always too thick to easily slide under the food and dont provide enough stability. This little spatula is great! Its shorter than most so if you're looking for long handled, this isnt for you but I really like the shorter length. Its long enough to keep my hands out of the heat but short enough to be easily manageable. The plastic is sturdy and thin with a beveled edge that easily slides under delicate things. It IS narrow though so its best use is more of a sauté tool than a flipping tool but I like it so much that I also bought the wider slotted Norpro and the even wider, solid omelette turner. I read a couple of reviews that reported heat issues but so far, I havent had any problems even though I do have a habit of leaning the spatula on the lip of the pan. I've used a lot of different spatulas through the years but these Norpro spatulas are my favorites. These probably wouldnt stand up to critique of a professional chef but for a veteran home cook like me, theyre just fine. Theyre inexpensive and they work great. Try this one.

Too small
Maybe it is my fault, but I thought that the spatula would be bigger (longer) and it would be easier to flip the crepes (which is what I got it for), unfortunately it is pretty small. So I am still on the look out for a bigger flipper.
