I tried it with plastic wrap and a thermo belt during an one hour fifteen minute workout, and MY GOODNESS I WAS ON FIRE; But it's not unbearable 👌🏾👍🏾 When the cream was at it's HOTTEST, I did get an INTENSE ITCHING SENSATION 😲😬 I just rubbed the area until it felt better. Been over a week of having this Hot Cream. Andddddd, I love it. I only use it to work out with. while applying I do massage the product in for quite some time. Afterward I put on my waist trainer and start my workout. It’s Gets pretty hot , first time I got scared it was to hot and might burn me but no! It feels as though it’s actually burning fat & My stomach looks so much more defined so far . But still to early to make a final decision. Will continue to use in hopes it gets me closer to my goal.
