Tarot of Tales: A folk-tale inspired boxed set including a full deck of 78 specially commissioned tarot cards and a 176-page illustrated book

I have been collecting tarot decks for well over 40 years now. I have a couple of favorites that I gravitate to for my daily reading. I think this one will join that select group. Very impressive box. In fact, it is a bit daunting. If you want a great gift idea for the tarot lover in your family this would be the PERFECT gift. Even though the presentation box is huge, it is a normal sized tarot deck in another box. When I checked out the cards, I found myself smiling and laughing at some of the cards because the artwork is so whimsical. This is a happy deck. So very glad I ignored my self-imposed edict of not buying anymore decks this year and ordered this deck. The only negative thing I can say about this deck is that the cards are a wee bit thinner than normal. More like the Morgan Greer deck I bought way back when. I'll just have to use due care when I use it.

that I have over 50 decks of Tarot and Oracle cards and this deck is easily in my top 5 favorite of all time. If you are in the fence about buying this one, believe me, you will not be disappointed in any way. I can't say one bad thing about it...and believe me, I'm picky! 🙂 So beautiful. I'll be buying any cards she puts out from now on.

This deck has become my all-time favorite. I’ve been working with it for about a month, but it resonated with me from the first time I opened it. It’s amazing. The artwork is gorgeous, but the work and love put into this deck and the book is pure magic. I’ve bought three copies so far and love sharing it with others. This deck is special, and I’m so grateful for its presence.

I wanted to love this deck. Ordered a replacement for what I thought was a one off problem. chipped edges, off center printing, holes in a card. The replacement deck was WORSE. 3 cards with rips. Missing ink on the borders. I HAD TO GO THROUGH EACH DECK CARD BY CARD to get 1 usable deck and there are still cards is the usable deck that are chipped. I just love this author and the art. There is a serious problem with the production and printing. Hopefully they will sort it out soon because this deck is truly stunning and the guidebook is full of the unexpected (in a good way)

The media could not be loaded.  I was told to get the original tarot to start with, but as a graphic designer and illustrator myself I could not stand the idea of paying for such ugly drawings that seem so outdated. I’m not ignoring the value of the original arts, but there’s no need to keep using those anymore given all the more creative options you have nowadays. I am delighted and I will be studying and appreciating this beautiful deck the entire day today. My advice is: get yourself this deck and stop wasting time on research (like I wasted mine). Trust me. It’s gorgeous and the book content seems to be very thorough and clear.

This is seriously one of the most beautiful decks I have ever purchased. The artwork is stunning. The production is stunning. The cardstock is wonderful. The book is hardback and thick with wisdom. It is not a deck for beginners, but collectors will relish its unique beauty. I have hundreds of decks, but this one will hold a special place on my shelf.

I’ve been using tarot cards for over 30 years and have loved many decks but none as much as I love this one. Everything about it calls to me… from the subtle colors to the smooth texture , even the smell seems to invoke nostalgia. I’m purchasing a second deck just to ensure I will always have this gift available for use. Thank you 🙏 ♥️

Not sure what I was expecting but it's nice enough. Made well and shuffles well. Not had time to put it into rotation with my others yet..

This is a gorgeous deck and the book is exceptional. Card stock is on the thinner side but still sturdy. Love the matte finish and the artwork.

Ich fand die Artwork echt hübsch und auch die Qualität der Karten hat mir sehr gefallen.Nur leider konnte ich mit diesen Story-telling-Legesystemen nicht viel anfangen. Es geht nicht besonders in die Tiefe und ist für die Situations-Deutung und Klärung von Fragen m.E. nicht geeignet.Wenn man das Buch allerdings weglässt, erhält man ein sehr schönes und künstlerisch ansprechendes Tarot.
