Bankers Box 12 Pack STOR/FILE Medium-Duty File Storage Boxes, FastFold, Lift-Off Lid, Letter/Legal, White/Blue

I've purchased a few (home use) different type Fellowes Bankers Boxes over the years, and find them so very useful and also a bit decorative too. The product that I just received is a "12 Pack," which in plain English is 12 boxes plus 12 lids. Thank you!!

I've been using these for years as they are so sturdy and easy to assemble. 4 stars because I do think the flaps in the grab holes and on the lid (I think they are supposed to "lock" the lid on) get in the way, so I do cut those off but otherwise a great box and I will continue to use them as they are the best option I've found.

I ordered multiple brands of bankers boxes for our move and these were by far the best! Very easy to assemble and much sturdier than others. They were marginally more expensive than the other kinds I bought but are absolutely worth the extra if you're packing up heavy or important items. Will buy again.

Very nice storage boxes. They stack well in my storage space. However, when the boxes are stacked, this particular design is hard to slide in and out because of the way the bottom is constructed. Everything else is so good about these boxes, I have learned how to accommodate this.

This product is a "medium duty" box. If you plan to carry files with these boxes, then plan on feeling as though the bottom of the box is going to fall out. The bottom is one layer only, it is four half-folds that are "easy folds" that create the bottom of the box with four parts folding down. Real easy to fold, but this means that anything heavy in the box makes the bottom of the box bow out, as if the bottom of the box is going to collapse and dump your files onto the ground. I recommend carrying this box by the bottom and not the handles for this reason.Maybe fine for storing files on a shelf and never taking them off. Not recommended for transport of files. What appears to be a double layer of cardboard on the sides only goes half-way down the insides of the box.This product is probably great for light-weight belongings. For instance, this product is probably the perfect box for firing people with. Put their belongings in this box for them. If they have too many, the bottom will feel like it is falling out. (That would actually be mean, don't do it. But, that is an example of what it would be able to carry, light-weight belongings, not a full box.)

These are nice sturdy boxes. Easy to assemble. They are a little on the small size. Good if you don't have a lot of storage space, but if you are wanting to keep a lot of files in the same box from the say year for example, you may want a longer box.

These boxes are effective for storing files. However, constructing these boxes inevitably leads to a torn tab from the cover piece while removing it from the rest of the box...
