Goat ghee
Tastes delicious! I love that it comes in glass and there is a good amount inside. I ordered a second jar before I finished the first one. I will be ordering this again when I run out.

Grass Fed and NonGMO Milk Products
I am allergic to any food made from cows milk. Have tried many dairy free options for butter, cheese, etc. But they all have nut or other seed oils that make them not healthy choices for me. So, I tried the Mt. Capra Goat Butter. Surprise, I did not have any negative reaction. I also tried the Mt. Capra Dried Milk. Again, no negative reaction. Happy to have found these products. Just wish they made a Goat Butter with salt for a little more flavor. These products are produced from grass fed only goats and are non-GMO. Thank you Mt. Capra for some excellent products. I will continue to purchase these products.

A Great Product that Tastes Wonderful
I'd been off of dairy for many years and it was suggested by my Ayurvedic doctor that I try goat's milk butter. Knowing how much I loved goat butter, I was excited to jump back in. This ghee did just the trick. It tastes wonderful, does not upset my system at all the way cow's dairy does, and makes nearly everything I make feel all the more nourishing.

Excellent for Bulletproof Coffee!
This stuff is great for making bulletproof coffee. Cow dairy doesn't agree with me, but I didn't know this existed. I stumbled on this by accident, looking at ghee of all kinds on Amazon, and there it was. I ordered and it came right away, with a faint yummy butter flavor and just the tiniest hint of goat. Maybe a hint of goat. Maybe not. Once it's in the coffee, even your imagination can't detect goat, only rich bulletproof coffee flavor. I've been using it for a week now, and I'm impressed. The instructions on the label say to keep it in the refrigerator, so unfortunately it now has to be scraped out with the hard edge of a spoon, but that's a small price to pay. Cultured cow ghee (the casein is removed via bacteria) has a sort of smoky flavor, or perhaps a semi-caramel undertone. This goat ghee? The only real flavor is a faint buttery taste. The tiny hint of goat flavor may have been my imagination. Either way, this stuff is good. Now my bulletproof coffee tastes the way it should. Will buy again.

Love Goat Milk Products
I just recently got this product to use in place of cow milk ghee. I was worried that it would have some hint of taste like a goat smells. Much to my surprise, there is no unusual taste to this product, and it tastes pretty much like in cow milk ghee. I love to use goat milk products because they are easier to digest. My only complaint is the cost for a smaller quantity of product than I had been used to getting.

Delicious!
I have been using this ghee for awhile now. I am highly sensitive to cow dairy, so goat milk products have been a Godsend for me. I use it for everthing, making biscuits and other baking, scrambling eggs, cooked veggies, sauces. It makes everything delicious. It is pretty expensive, so when using it to sautee or scramble eggs, I usually use half ghee and half canola oil. One nice thing about the ghee is that it virtually eliminates sticking when scrambling eggs. I have always stored mine in my kitchen cabinet, though I've never had a jar last more than a couple of months. The one thing I don't like about this ghee is that sometimes it comes completely solid, and sometimes it comes completely liquid, and all inconsistencies in between. The solid is much easier to work with. The liquid is messy and drippy, and invariably gets on the outside of the jar, so I am constantly having to wipe down the jar. I wish it could be consistently solid. However, I do love this ghee and can't imagine doing without it.
