Quite strong and long lasting fragrance
This review is for “Rajanigandha - Tuberose Essential Oil / Reed Diffuser Oil Refill (8.5 Fl. oz.) for Reed Diffusers, Electric Diffuser Oil Machines, and Oil Warmers - Natural, Organic Tuberose Diffuser Oil." The oil arrived in a plain brown cardboard box. There were 2 paper inserts included and the oil bottle was wrapped in paper and then placed inside a zip-lock-style plastic bag. The bag also included a spray bottle lid and a plastic pipette. There was a safety seal under the oil bottle’s plastic lid.I’m not super impressed with this oil refill. The ingredients are a bit hard to pin down - it is some sort of mix of essential oil, synthetic fragrance, and other oil-based cosmetic-type ingredients. I’d guess that synthetic fragrance is the main power behind the scent. I got a drop on my fingers when I was opening the bottle and it took nearly 2 days and a lot of extra hand-washing for the scent to leave my skin. I sprayed one spray on a couch pillow and 3 days later I can still smell it when I sit down. Between the bit on my finger and the spray on the couch cushion, the entire first floor of my house smelled like this oil for a whole day. This might be a selling point for some but I dislike having strong artificial fragrances in my house. It does what it says it will and the scent lasts a long time - longer than I have experienced from 100% essential oils. It isn’t for me but might be fine for you if you can handle the steep price of $48.95 at the time of this review.4 stars

Not a fan of this scent
While this has a high price tag, you get a lot and it is quite strong. A little goes a looooong way. So it is probably a decent deal IF you like the scent. I unfortunately found that I do not. I have a hard time rating this poorly simply because of the scent but it is quite synthetic smelling. I have to agree with others, this very much has that old lady perfume smell to it. There's no getting around it. This slightly sweet cloying outdated musk smell unfortunately just smells cheap. I wanted to like it, and even mixed it in various concentrations with other essential oils but could only smell this as it overpowers near any other scent. It is unfortunate, as I have so much now, and seems like it would be a good value.

Strong beautiful scent that fills a large room
I’m constantly trying new oils to find scents that really can freshen up a large room and have some lasting powers. This brand is it!!! I’ll try other fragrances within this brand knowing they provide a potent product that works to freshen up your home when you have pets or have your house closed up .

Authentic Tuberose Fragrance: Great for Diffusers
In high school, I worked part-time for a florist. We used to create our own bundles of mixed flowers for sale. Whenever I was tasked with that job, I always included one stem of tuberose in the bouquet. The florist never before received so many questions from repeat customers asking “what was in that bouquet that smelled so good?” It then became a standard for every employee to always include some tuberose in the bouquets. No question, I love the smell of tuberose. I often grow some each summer so that I can bring the fragrance into my home with fresh-cut flowers. If you’ve never smelled tuberose (although you probably have, but just didn’t know it), it’s a very sweet floral scent – similar to jasmine or gardenia. It is often used in perfumes, lotions, and soaps. For that reason, some associate the smell of tuberose with their grandma’s linament. But for many, it’s an exotic, intoxicating fragrance that makes you feel like you’re walking through a rain forest in bloom. That also means, a little goes a long way. In fact, the success of the bouquets at the florist was because we included only one stem. So the fragrance didn’t overpower the bouquet – but offered periodic whiffs of sweet exotic notes, which so many buyers enjoyed. Since I love the smell, I put a good portion into my “flame” oil diffuser (see photo), and I’m enjoying the intoxicating fragrance filling my whole downstairs as I type this review. The fragrance from this oil is authentic – originating from natural, organic tuberose flowers. The bottle comes with a sprayer attachment and a pipette (see photo). The pipette is a very helpful touch to control adding a small portion to your diffuser. So many other oils just come with a plastic plug in the bottle that requires you to vigorously shake the bottle to dispense drops at a time. Inevitably, you will splatter the oil all over the place. And if you remove the plastic plug and try to pour the oil directly, with its high viscosity, it will inevitably leak down the side of the bottle and onto your fingertips – and you’ll be smelling that oil off your hands for days! The pipette is a much better option. One last comment – if you discover you love tuberose as much as I do, consider growing some for yourself. They actually grow from bulbs (like tulips or onions and garlic), so they are easy to plant and grow. They are only hardy in warmer climates (zones 8 to 10). In northern climates, you can plant them in pots that you overwinter indoors or dig up the bulbs from the ground and do the same. Alternatively, the bulbs are cheap enough that you can just grow them for a one-time bang like I do: harvesting the flower stems to bring inside and enjoy. Because they are “spiked” flowers (a tall central stem holds all the flower buds that open from the bottom up), they can last quite a long time as cut flowers provided you regularly change the water. And as for growing: they are easy. They just need full sun and well-drained soil (like any bulb, don’t let them sit in damp soil or water). Oh and hey… they’re quite attractive flowers too!If you already love tuberose, you’ll love this product. If you’re new to tuberose, I hope you’ll discover and enjoy its amazing exotic fragrance.

Disappointed
I am not always compelled to write a review for anything but today I am because I am very disappointed! I received my Rajanigandha Tuberose bottle today and it does not smell anything like Tuberose. I tried it with my ultrasonic diffusers - all 3 of them - and with my reed diffuser, whatever scent it is still does not get smelled throughout the house no matter what I do. I only smell the scent (not Tubersose) when I put my nose by it. This is an expensive product and I am disappointed that I bought it!
