The padding comes in a big enough size, I had to trim mines to fit. The sound proofing works great. You might get one or two droplet sounds from above, but its better than hearing drips all night long. Life and sanity saver! Doesn't blow off in a storm.

This product is a great idea. I bought this one since it was one of the cheapest options. The foam works well to stop noise from heavy rain or dripping from above. It was easy to cut it to size with some large fabric scissors. I took off one star because the magnet doesn't seem very strong. I tied some twine around this pad + my air conditioner to make sure it would be secure in strong winds. Maybe the more expensive products have stronger magnets.
