the product is advertised as sweet and cremy and that it's as easy as adding to cold water but, it was flavorless and not sweet at all. tried it with milk did two packets instead of one and just wasn't for us. no matter how many packets we added just didn't give any flavor.

It has a mild flavor, which is good. It could be a little more flavorful. It’s one package per 2/3 cups which isn’t a lot but you can double it. If you add more then one ice cube it becomes watery, however, I still enjoy it.

Amazon shipped the product in a Bag, no padding, no Box. I received a smashed package of product!!! I don't understand why Amazon shipped a delicate product in a bag! Ridiculous. The Nescafe iced coffee sweet and creamy is a Delicious Beverage on a hot day. Amazon needs to do better with shipping.

I enjoy a glass of iced coffee in the afternoon. I used to buy a different brand, but for some reason they discontinued the one I liked and replaced it with an inferior product that does not mix well. The replacement always ended up with lumps floating on top. So I tried this brand and am really pleased with it. I mix it with cold milk rather than water and I like it even better. You have a good product here.
