Easy to use and looks great on my books.

When I was a library assistant, this is the brand we used to encase paper jackets. I bought several rolls to wrap my personal library. It is easy to use and the paper backing makes is easier to size to the jacket since it folds better than the cellophane. Maybe because I had previous experience doing it, but I was able to cover about 20 books an hour. I recommend using a clear tape to hold the folded ends together so they don't slide off the end of the book. It may not look as sleek, but it makes the reading experience better since it doesn't constantly slide off in your hand.These covers work great for covering novels and kids books.The jackets do tend to stick to each other initially because of static and surface tension. I recommend rubbing them with a microfiber cloth or a dryer sheet or very lightly with an abrasive material so that you can pull them off the shelf easier if you are stacking covered books together. Library books are usually handle so much before they make the shelf that this isn't an issue, but it can be for personal books that are not shuffled around in carts 3 or 4 time before they are filed.I recommend this product for any books with a jacket cover, just make sure you buy the size that will cover your largest book because the backing is paper and not clear.

I cover all my reference books both stitching and cook books. Used up my first roll and repeated an order with two different sizes. They have not need to be replaced on any of the books covered. years ago.Great company, fast service and quality products.

This is quite easy to use. I have a large set of older books which have crumbling dust covers. These book jacket covers are easy to fit, and now the dust jackets are protected perfectly. I recommend a straight edge for marking where to cut from the roll. Folding the excess (my jackets are 9.5" tall -- the jacket covers are 10" tall) is simple, and they look great. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
