What can I say except they clear you out ready for the day except I only take 2 a day not the 3-6 as recommended as that’s enough for me .

I use this product as well as other , not 100% sure it work as well as I would like , however dose help a little. This one I think depends on each individual try it see if it works for you :)

I feel this is like an Aldi version on the American alternative (You know what I mean), they do the same job, just for half the price.It gave me a proper digestion. When I go I go, no issues at all, I feel so much more comfortable and Confident. They're very easy to use tablets and after taking this for a couple of days I seen a difference, it made having fun so much easier.I take 4-5 at night, sometimes 3 in the morning and 1-2 in the evening, and I feel I'm always ready for some adventures.

I had seen reviews stating that this product was an almost identical alternative to the more expensive clean fibre supplements but it just does not compare at all. Don’t waste your money as it’s just an over price plain fibre tablet repackaged.

Only on day 4 of using, however they're doing what they say they do! I'm feeling ' Empty ' and raring to go! 😍
