Good one. But a gentle oil massage on the joints or muscles is needed.

These capsules really help my restless leg syndrome. They smell awful but they do work. I take one in the afternoon and a second one before bed. Best thing I have found

I actually don't know if this really works. I just know that if I can't sleep, I take it, and go to sleep. NO side effects. I never can tell with herbs, because there isn't an actual sleepiness.....
