This product works very well, with no side effects. The effects can be felt from the first day, improving sleep quality by keeping you in REM sleep longer, and making you dream more. I measure my sleep with a Galaxy Watch.For those who experience headaches or drowsiness during the day, simply reduce the dosage. The label recommends 3 pills, but you can take 2 or even 1 instead, and those side effects should disappear. To avoid feeling sleepy the next day, take it between 6 and 7 p.m., because if you take it too late at night, you might still feel the effects in the morning—even if you feel well-rested.

This is my go-to for Magtein now. I can feel it help to melt the stress away. Improves my focus and recall and the price is right.

Excellent supplements and I will continue to purchase Sports Research products from now on. I am very happy with the quality and the container itself is a major plus for me -- easy to handle and open, snaps closed securely. Also, I have to say: the brand I was previously purchasing for years was *always* filled with powdery residue -- as if capsules had broken open or the manufacturing facility just didn't care. It was annoying and messy. But this brand doesn't have that issue AT ALL! Try these! :)

This supplement is wonderful for sleep. Definitely notice improvement in my sleep. I don’t wake up as often and I feel I get deeper sleep when I forget to take it I struggle to sleep so I know it’s helping.
