Works great. Some things to note: 1) it is not a bristley wand so if you get too much product on it, it will drop in your eye BUT it does not sting and you can wipe it away 2) it doesn't just melt off as pic implies. It took about 3 applications followed by a dab of moist makeup pad. NO WIPING NECESSARTY. As a 45 yo consumer, that is very important 3) The next morning eyelashes are in great condition and ready to go again. 4) I used this with tubing mascara.

I have almond shaped eyes and combo skin so have to use waterproof mascara or it ends up all over my face, but it is so difficult to completely remove. I often have remnants of it smudged under my eyes that is impossible to get off. This has been a lifesaver! It is so easy to apply and it really gets all the mascara off with one application. I cannot recommend this enough.

i have repurchased this so many times throughout the past few years and this is the ONLY thing that consistently and effectively removes my mascara. for reference: this is my first step in makeup removal. i apply this on my lashes and let it sit for a minute or two (usually while i brush my teeth or something) to allow time for it to really break down and melt the mascara. then i always follow-up with a cleansing oil and double-cleanse with a water-based cleanser after. i did “experiments” of not using this and only using a cleansing oil for makeup removal and i constantly wake up with raccoon eyes the next morning because of leftover mascara. and this works with all the asian waterproof mascaras as well as american waterproof mascaras. i’m not one to use the term “holy grail” but at this point, i think it’s safe to say this is my holy grail.

So happy I bought this. Apply and let sit. Then clean your lashes. Mascara comes off easy. No more rubbing.

now this is the solution to get their mascara off, i love their mascara but always struggled getting them removed until this product. so easy!

This works really well, I mostly use it to remove my waterproof mascaras that don't like to come off with other cleansing products. This completely removes the mascara, and easily too, I don't lose any lashes while using this. My only complaint is that when it gets in your eyes it feels like someone has thrown acid into your eyes. It is hard to not get it in your eyes, but if you're careful and apply it with closed eyes (basically sandwiching your eyelashes in between the wand and your under eye skin) it is possible to keep it out of your eyes. Using this with your eyes closed is also not very easy, I started out doing one eye at a time until I was able to feel my way through the whole process with my eyes closed. I definitely recommend this to people, I've actually purchased some for a friend already, but I do warn people about the burning.

I LOVE this mascara remover so much! I love how this remover is affordable and it lasts so long too! It is so easy to use too! All you have to do is apply it over your lashes wait 60 seconds then put some water on your towel and gently wipe and your mascara will come off without damaging your natural lashes! It is very effective and I love it so much!

I have tried EVERYTHING to gently remove waterproof mascara and this magic wand is the answer. I have to use waterproof mascara due to my runny allergy eyes and because it's the only thing that keeps the curl in my lashes (non-waterproof makes them droop straight down within minutes of curling, even if I try holding them up with my fingers until they fully dry). After years of scrubbing and rubbing and using all kinds of potions and pads to remove it, the skin around my eyes was getting more and more irritated and sensitive. I was about to give up when I decided to give this tube formula a try. It is literally amazing! Just melts the mascara away. And the absolute best feature is it only comes into contact with your actual eyelashes - not the eyelid or undereye skin. Here's my advice on how best to use it: Before I do any other face cleaning steps, I swipe it on both sets of upper lashes then wait about 4-5 minutes (I let it do its magic while I floss & brush my teeth). Then I wet a microfiber face cloth with some micellar water (Garnier waterproof make-up remover) and GENTLY wipe just the lashes in a side-to-side motion - not up and down to avoid rubbing the eyelid and undereye skin! Then I flip the cloth over and get the last of the residue using the clean side. Then finally, I wash my entire face and eye area with my facial cleanser and VOILA - not even a smidge of mascara left. No black smudges or flakes or clinging clumps left. It is truly saving my skin. My first tube has lasted over 5 months and still showing no sign of running out yet. But I am buying them 2 at a time from now on just in case it's ever discontinued! Do not hesitate if you want a gentle, easy and complete way to remove waterproof mascara!!!!
